Terms of Service

By using Glint (the website at glintapp.app and the Glint mobile app, together “the Service”), you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use Glint

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. Glint is built for adult dating apps and is not intended for anyone under 18.

2. What Glint does

Glint generates suggested replies for messages you provide. The suggestions are produced by an AI model and may be wrong, awkward, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for what you actually send to another person.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t use Glint to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or send unsolicited sexual content to anyone.
• Don’t feed Glint other people’s private messages unless that is allowed by the platform you’re using and the people involved.
• Don’t try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing service.

We can suspend or terminate access if you do any of the above.

4. Subscriptions

The free tier gives you 5 reply generations per day. Glint Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the billed period. Pricing on the marketing page is subject to change before launch.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the conversation text and screenshots you submit. By submitting them you give us permission to process them solely to generate replies for you. We don’t use them to train AI models.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t promise it will be available, accurate, or fit for any specific purpose. Don’t rely on it for anything safety-critical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Glint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $50 if you haven’t paid us anything.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
