Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Glint (“we”) collects when you visit glintapp.app or use the Glint app, and what we do with it. Plain English, no dark patterns.

What we collect

• Waitlist email. If you submit your email on the waitlist form, we store it so we can email you when Glint launches.
• Usage analytics. We use PostHog to record anonymous pageviews and clicks (which buttons people press, what device, rough country). We don’t collect your IP address in a way we can link back to you.
• App data (mobile). When you use the Glint mobile app, we process the conversation text or screenshot you upload only long enough to generate the replies. Screenshots are not stored. Account email + auth tokens are stored via Supabase.

What we do not collect

• We don’t sell your data to anyone.
• We don’t train AI models on your private conversations.
• We don’t use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

Third parties we use

• Vercel — hosts this website.
• PostHog — product analytics (US region).
• Supabase — stores waitlist emails and (in the mobile app) account data.
• Anthropic — runs the AI model that generates replies in the mobile app. Inputs are processed transiently and not retained for training.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your email or any data we hold about you. Email khanna.hemant3@gmail.com from the address on file and we’ll remove your record within 30 days. This applies whether or not you live somewhere with a specific data-protection law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) — the policy is the same for everyone.

Data retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or until 12 months after Glint launches and you haven’t signed up, whichever comes first. Analytics events roll off after 12 months.
